1. Compared to laser marking machines with other light sources, UV laser marking machines have increasingly stringent environmental requirements for use:
① It is necessary to keep the working environment of the machine clean frequently.
② The temperature of the machine operation environment should be maintained at 16-28 ℃ and the humidity should be 45-75% (it is recommended to place it in an air-conditioned room, but it is not necessary to place it in an air-conditioned room as the temperature and humidity meet the requirements).
③ Do not place it next to equipment with high oscillation in machine tools such as stamping.
④ The environmental requirements of the processing site should be smoke-free and dust-free, and do not operate in a heavily polluted environment.
2. The fluctuation of the power grid should be less than 10%, and if it cannot be guaranteed, it is necessary to install a voltage stabilizer.
3. Due to the low power of UV laser marking machines (currently the standard UV laser marking machines are 3W, 5W, and 8W), it is not recommended for customers to use high-power products for marking metal hardware and other needs.
4. If water cooling is used, it is required to use pure water, deionized water, or distilled water, and liquids containing high metal ions or other minerals such as tap water and mineral water cannot be used.
5. The equipment should be well grounded to prevent machine vibration as much as possible.
6. Do not use corrosive reagents to clean various parts of the machine, especially optical equipment. Regularly clean under the guidance of a dedicated engineer.
7. The conveyor belt between the connecting chamber and the cabinet is fragile, please do not bend or be pinched by heavy objects.
8. Please do not frequently turn on or off the device. It should take at least 3 minutes after the device is turned off before it can be turned on.
9. For machines that use casters and foot cups together, after the machine orientation is fixed, please use foot cups to support the machine. This not only ensures the stability of the machine, but also prevents deformation and damage to the casters caused by long-term compression.
10. To ensure smooth heat dissipation of the machine, no external heat is allowed to directly blow into the machine.
